FishWare GuideService
FishWare GuideService is specialized application for businesses who provide Guide services for hunters or fisherman. The application is included as part of FishWare Lodging or available separately for Guide Services that do not require Lodging, Meals or Housekeeping.
Customer Info
The customer info form provides a place to enter and record detailed customer information such as address, phone, preferred guide, alternate guide, shipping address and work address. You can also store guest preferences so that you can make a guest return trip special. You can also store guest specific information such as birthdays and annivarsaries. As meals may be a part of a guided trip customer allergies or other important meal information can be stored as part of the customer record.
Customer Correspondence
Over time you will need to correspond with the customer by phone, email, or by shipping. FishWare Guide Service allows you to track details of phone conversations with the customer, shipments of merchandise and emails sent to the customer from FishWare GuideService. In addition to manually creating an email from FishWare GuideService you can also include form letters and attachments such as maps, guide schedules, rates, etc. Email generated from FishWare GuideService is sent to Outlook or another MAPI compliant email client. Outlook 2007 is recommended.
Guide Form
The Guide Form provides a location to track specific information about your Guides. It also provides a place to input information for specific trips (customer comment and guide comment). Information for specific trips may also be entered by another form which is dedicated to a specific trip and allows easy data entry for Begin time, End time, Customer Comments and Guide Comments.
Guide Correspondence
The Guide Correspondence form is similar to the Customer Correspondence form in that it allows you to track phone, shipping and email correspondence with Guides. This allows you to have a record of all important correspondence with your guides in one place.
Guided Venue Calendar
Many Guide Services will provide services on different rivers and lakes. The Guided Venue Calendar lets you see who is on each water each day.
6 Week Guide Schedule
Individual Guide calendars supplement the master Guide Schedule. Calendars show trip information including type of trip (location), Customer name and color coding for trip start time. Guide calendars can be easily emailed to the Guide from within the FishWare application (emails automatically placed into the Outlook outbox).
